Patti Cudd
Precussion
Cort Lippe and Jeff Herriot
Electronics

I have to admit that I really admire music. I also have to confess that it takes a great deal out of me to understand the real Orchestra Music. This class has been a real good experience but I wish to learn out of it more than just attend and pretend to dozz off ... zzzz z zz z ....

After a peaceful speech, wondering around and asking the tech guys to adjust the light ... :) my chance to take his picture but people were giving me a stink eye :D

Dr. Patti Cudd, more than just your ordinary school teacher. Since this is a blog I can write what I want right? Trust me this lady is one crazy musician. Heck, it took me 20 minutes to figure out just 2 verse in the guitar and she was ready to rock !!!

I have seen all kind of things in my life. I have seen light sabers to rubix cube but this was some new instruement to me. We have the "Sarangi" in Nepal, but this is a unique piece of equipment. "Besides music is where you heart is" ...

Introducing the new music he directed.

Definately a talent, his idea were in front of Dr. Cudd.

As I said before, Dr. Cudd just keeps her eyes on the keys and her hands are just moving ... dammit I bet she had only 2 arms just like all of us ...
Yes, percussion and electronic music really aren't my type but anyone can know the effort to creating a sound when its played.

Heck even an infant can make crazy noises. But we all know the difference between a drum roll and crazy people handling musical instruments hahaha

The one thing I didn't knew and liked about the show, it was all about Dr. Cudd and her magic ...

Some of the instruments prepped ready.

Other sets of instruments.

(sorry about the picture quality) I was keeping my eyes on the screen down there but I saw some sort of msuci match magic thingy ... these guys are serious.

The show had started with a mix match of 'Temazcal.'

Working as a volunteer student. (He used to be in a band back in Nepal and is pursuing music major. An excellent drummer is what he is.)

The shining glory of our dear old Recite Hall ...
